bcat is an experimental AI chat agent provided as-is by Aegyrix LLC ("Aegyrix"). By using chat.bcat.app or this marketing site, you agree to the terms below.

1. No warranty

bcat ships without warranty of any kind. Local language models can produce inaccurate, biased, or harmful output. Do not rely on bcat for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use bcat to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Do not attempt to extract other users' data, abuse the inference endpoint, or DoS the service.
• Do not impersonate another user or attempt to bypass the OAuth flow.

3. Account termination

Aegyrix may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms or that is used to abuse the service. You may delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@aegyrix.com.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegyrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of bcat.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
